EUROPEAN CLIMATE RESILIENT HEALTH SYSTEMS COURSE

FREE, CERTIFICATE-BASED COURSE 

This 10-session course aims to explore how health systems contribute to climate change, with the healthcare sector responsible for nearly 5% of global greenhouse gas emissions. This course will cover essential topics, including the need to decarbonize healthcare, the effects of climate change on health systems, and examine strategies to protect and support healthcare services and staff and strengthen climate justice. Lectures will be delivered by local and global professionals with expertise in the field. Video recordings will be available for asynchronous viewing.
