It is our great pleasure inviting you to the upcoming conference Data Science and the Right to Science: A Common Ground for a New Ethical Framework?
The Conference will be held under the auspice of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia and Ministry of Health of the Republic of Croatia.
The Conference aims to bring together an interdisciplinary group of speakers and attendees focusing on the new developments in data science and the ethical considerations that must be given to big data management. The audience of the Conference include scholars, data scientists, impactful researchers in the field of medicine, biochemistry, genetics, proteonomics, bioethics, philosophy of science and law from the global leading universities (Cambridge, Copenhagen, Columbia, ETH Zurich, Jichi Medical University, Harvard, Oxford, and others), cutting edge tech and research companies in the field of IT, AI and ML (Microsoft, IBM, etc.) as well as political leadership and management from and other international and national governments and organizations (European Commission, UNESCO, Ministries of Science and Health, National Health Insurance Funds).
Data Science and the Right to Science conference will be held on May 18 - 19, 2019 at the Interuniversity Center Dubrovnik, in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
